• How many time does it take for my order to be shipped?

We work with a few stock that is why the delay of the delivery can be between one and three weeks, depending on the number of orders. 

• Do you ship worldwide?

No, at the moment we only ship to Europe and USA.

• Returns & Refunds

The buyer has the right of withdrawal for any reason and will only be responsible for the return shipping costs. The buyer has up to 14 days to do so, counting from the delivery of the product. Before making the return, you will have to communicate it to contact@taibs.es and we will indicate in which way you can send us the order.

The return or exchange of the items will only be accepted if the items ordered are returned in perfect condition, not used or damaged.
